It is New Year’s Eve, and in the New Year’s rush it is so difficult to relax and enjoy the festive atmosphere. So that the December season, beloved since childhood, does not turn into a struggle with time in attempts to have time to sit with colleagues, family, and friends, entrust the festive table to professionals.

At Black Market, we have prepared a large New Year’s and buffet menu that will help you chew less about the little things, enjoying warm communication with your loved ones. Brand chef Pavel Larionov has prepared hits from fish, poultry and meat in the author’s interpretation, as well as a large number of legendary snacks and salads, without which we cannot imagine the New Year. And Viktor Alexandrov, our brand pastry chef, inspired by the atmosphere of a winter fairy tale, created an incredibly beautiful collection of desserts that will become the main decoration of any festive table and a wonderful gift for both adults and children.

The buffet menu is an ideal solution for corporate parties or feasts with a large circle of people. We deliver dishes immediately served: salads in portion versions and snacks with main dishes, which are convenient to eat without a lot of additional appliances. Stuffed cherry tomatoes and profiteroles with a variety of fillings, Canapes with meat and fish, Bruschetta with chicken, salmon or parma, Carpaccio of marbled beef and a variety of croissants, burgers and kebabs in a mini version.

We have both a large hall that can accommodate up to 100 people, and a more intimate one — a small one, which is ideal for celebrations with up to 50 guests.
