Menu update in UDC

We at udcafe are pleased to inform you that our culinary team has prepared several new products for you.

Let’s start with the “Greek Salmon Salad”. This combination of poached egg in cucumber-yogurt sauce, complemented by lightly salted salmon, Tagja olives and adjika is truly surprising. And don’t forget about the buckwheat toast, which perfectly complements this salad.

Another salad worth noting is the Duck Prosciutto and Mango Salad. Thin slices of duck prosciutto combined with mango and avocado simply melt in your mouth. A bed of mixed salads and goat cheese mousse with honey mustard dressing make this salad truly special.

Meat lovers will appreciate the “Rabbit Leg” stewed in wine and cream sauce. This leg is served with mini potatoes, zucchini, broccoli and cherry tomatoes.

Orecchiette with rabbit pasta is another dish for real gourmets. Pasta cooked in chicken broth and butter is combined with rabbit and vegetables.

The “Crab Burger” will not leave seafood lovers indifferent. A tender cutlet of shrimp and crab meat, complemented with mango, arugula and tomatoes, will appeal to many.

Tomato soup is a spicy creamy tomato soup with ricotta. And the crispy baguette with parmesan and pesto makes this soup an ideal choice for lunch.

And finally, “Chicken breast with polenta and mushrooms.” Golden fried chicken breast served with mushrooms and crispy polenta completes our list of new items.
