In the colors of autumn: an updated seasonal menu in UDC!

Autumn has come: more and more often you want to pamper yourself and your loved ones with delicious, comfortable food. With the arrival of the new golden season, brand chef Pavel Larionov has updated the udc cafe menu to make your autumn evenings even more cozy.

To make the morning energize you with the energy of the sun even during the rains, this fall we will serve you breakfast on a brioche bun with
a sunny glaze:

  • Breakfast for brioche with fried eggs with steak/salmon / shrimp — bright fried eggs on a fluffy bun with a steak made of marbled beef and with two sauces:
    mustard and dried tomatoes or options with salmon/shrimp, which are accompanied by cream cheese and guacamole.

 

There is also a novelty among the snacks — according to an original recipe inspired by Mediterranean cuisine:

  • Crab and strachatella on a flatbread roti parata — tender crab meat with caviar and strachatella cheese with sliced avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes and a mix
    salads on a ruddy flatbread roti parata.

 

Of the new main dishes, we offer you:

  • Grand raviol with porcini mushrooms is really an autumn dish: Who didn’t go mushroom picking in the fall? One large ravioli with champignons and porcini mushrooms
    in a creamy sauce with parmesan cheese.
  • Medallions with mashed root vegetables — medallions of the tenderest beef tenderloin with oyster mushrooms, edamame beans and root vegetable hummus with currant sauce.

 

We know: when it gets cold, there is nothing more comfortable than a hearty delicious burger, so there are three of them on the autumn menu:

  • Fish burger — cod in crispy breading on an airy sesame bun with tomatoes, arugula and tartar sauce.
  • Chicken burger — tender tempura chicken breast on a soft bun, with red onion, lettuce and three sauces: guacamole, tartar and special spicy oil with kimchi.

  • Burrata burger is an unusual burger made of juicy marbled beef with airy burrata, fresh tomatoes and spinach. Three sauces: balsamic, pesto, mayonnaise —
    each helps the other ingredients to open up in order to merge into the perfection of a new taste.

 

No autumn should pass without sweet joys — our Brand pastry chef Viktor Alexandrov knows this firsthand and is in a hurry
to please you with a big update in the dessert menu:

    Mini cupcake “Smetannik” — “Smetannik” continues to conquer your hearts, but in a more compact format, and the new Cupcake is raspberry.
  • Two shortbread tartlets: Nutty with caramel and condensed milk and Strawberry — with strawberry meringue and fresh strawberries.
  • We also present you a new Lemon meringue melting in your mouth inside a shortbread basket.

 

And as many as three new cakes:

  • Honey cake is a cake loved by many with golden cakes, fragrant honey and delicate cream
  • Cheesecake “Snickers” is a cake inspired by the famous candy bar, with a caramel—nutty flavor.

  • Milk sponge cake — decorated with airy, like a cloud, curd cream and pistachios with rose petals, incredibly beautiful both outside and inside.
