The philosophy is simple
Sea and wine … This classical combination became a basis for the summer menu of Black Market restaurant. The chef Evgeny Opyonkin and a brand bar the manager Asker Hashev created collaboration and presented to guests of a variation of seafood dishes in an ideal, in our opinion, combination of wines.
Special attention is paid to oysters who are served with toasts and Mignonnet’s sauces and tomato with horse-radish:
Cockleshells of the Clam are offered as snack in tomato or creamy sauce with toasts and also as a main course of Talyatelle with a clam in creamy sauce with cheese Parmesan.
Traditional Sevich from seafood Evgeny Opyonkin presented with unusual Sichuan sauce what gives to a dish special Asian color. We recommend to try with Nottage Hill Riesling Hardys wine.
Every summer our guests note excellent taste of cold soup of the Gazpacho performed by cooks of our restaurant. The chef decided not to be satisfied with what has already been achieved and tried to surprise guests in this season with a tomato Gazpacho with a crab and shrimps.
For those who came the company we offer the small and big Plateau with seafood consisting of the baked oysters, Singapore, huge and Chile shrimps, squids on a grill and fists of a crab.
We will be transferred on a current of fast water towards Japan. In the updated menu of guests will please three new types of beaters: Spays a beater with a comb and an eel, the Crab a beater with sauce mango aioli and the Beater with a tuna and an eel.
Sweet teeth will appreciate summer and bright desserts from Victor Alexandrov. The special attention is deserved by easy Tye thaw with the unexpected name and extraordinary taste, prepared on the basis of mashed potatoes of passion fruit and raspberry with sauce treat. Besides, the dessert list the Lemon meringue and the most delicate Semifreddo with cashew in caramel, Oreo’s crumb and strawberry mini-macaroons supplement air as though collected from weightless clouds, cake.
Don’t forget to glance in the section of summer drinks: the refreshing lemonades invigorating and nutritious smoothies, the exciting cold teas and coffee drinks! They won’t leave you indifferent!
Black Market — restaurant of a modern gastronomy where dishes of different cultures, in our interpretation are presented. In the menu stakes from beef of breed Black Angus, company burgers, Pan-Asiatic wok and beaters, and also handwork desserts are harmoniously combined. At the heart of the concept – original giving of dishes, strict selection of the best suppliers and the atmosphere disposing to comfortable rest in the bosom of the family and friends.
On creation of the project we were inspired by history of the Manhattan quarter Meatpacking District, his transformation from meat finishing shops and warehouses in one of the fashionable gastronomic centers of the world. In Black Market it is traced this character, the considering local traditions and a location in the historical district of the capital – Khamovniki.
Two Black Market halls with panoramic windows, high ceilings, design chandeliers and cozy sofas, are sustained in industrial style with iron racks, filled with groceries and wine. The open kitchen allows guests to watch fascinating process of preparation of dishes of the guru of restaurant – the chef Evgeny Opyonkin and his team.
In the summer here the spacious and cozy verandah overlooking the Trubetskoy’ Estate park opens. Warm plaids are given for a case of cool weather – to guests, and during a heat save abundance of green plants and “water” fans.
Black Market is loved by the most different public – families with children, loving couples, business meetings or the noisy companies of friends. Already for 5 years the restaurant grows and develops together with favourite guests and Moscow.
