The magic of the holiday: New Year’s collection of desserts

New Year is a truly magical time, created for warm moments with loved ones and family.

Pastry team, led by Brand pastry Chef Viktor Alexandrov, has prepared amazing cupcakes, cakes, pastries and cookies that will delight you not only with their festive appearance, but also with their bright taste.

Any dessert from our New Year’s collection will decorate your festive table and become a wonderful gift for your beloved friends.

This season we have prepared a collection of six big cupcakes, which can also be bought in a gift set with all flavors:

• Blueberry “Symbol of the year” is a sponge cake with cottage cheese cream, decorated with a snake made of chocolate glaze.
• Strawberry “Magic” — with confit made of fresh strawberries and a snowflake made of mastic.
• Mango raspberry “Snowman” — raspberry topping with mango passion fruit cream, decoration — meringue snowman.
• Raspberry “Herringbone” — with raspberry topping, decorated with a chocolate Christmas tree and fresh raspberries.
• Red velvet “Santa Claus” is a sponge cake with strawberry confit decorated with Santa Claus made of chocolate glaze.
• Sour cream “Polar bear” is a honey sponge cake with cream of cottage cheese and custard, with macaroon in the form of a bear.

And also, for the first time, we present to you a collection of eight New Year mini cupcakes — they can be taken either in a set or separately:

• “Blue velvet” with cottage cheese cream.
• “Crimson” with a snowflake made of mastic.
• Mango raspberry with sugar decor.
• “Strawberry” with cream and snowflake.
• “Sour cream” with cottage cheese cream and snowflake.
• “Pistachio” with cream.
• “Toasted marshmallows” with vanilla cream and marshmallows.
• “Blueberry” with blueberry-curd cream and a Christmas tree made of mastic.
